I visited my Aunt, in Paddock Lodge, yesterday and was very impressed with not only the building, but the fantastic Lodge manager, Julia. They were so helpful and welcoming- I have no doubt my aunt is very well looked after here and am overall exceptionally pleased.

I purchased a Divan Set with delivery. The bed was a Silentnight and I have not slept so well in ages. FV had lots of different choices and buying on line made it easier with the 14 day return policy. As for the delivery men, Chris, Lewis & JC, exceptional customer service, very polite and considerate. I am grateful for the experience and I would certainly recommend FV to all.
