Possibly the worst customer service i

Possibly the worst customer service i have ever received and for the money you pay just to have and use a card how you operate shouldnt be allowed. Rang up with emergency situation at 11am this morning waiting close to 2 hours a time for a call back and being told no manager is available and now waiting again to speak to someone so far 5 hours in to try and get help from someone STAY WELL CLEAR THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND PREY ON THE MOST VULNERABLE
