They said that i have to reach the condition for total deposit og more than 20k usdt so they can provide free withdraw channel for large sums of money. Until then, my funds are in the cold wallet pending. Im requires to pay 15% of the amount of funds in my account. Is this legit??

Most likely, you're holding a fake token.
