Disgusted leaseholder

I am a resident of Rose Court in Romford. We have had Churchill as our managing agent since 2014. I am writing to share the disgust I feel in the way we have been treated. We had a digital installation installed in all flats, that cost 50K. The legal requirement of any installation of this magnitude requires a section 20 & specification outlining the works to take place before it can go ahead. We agreed with the specification only to later discover it was made up of lies. When I challenged them on this situation I was ignored, they prayed on our ignorance on this matter, treating us like silly old people. We bought these flats as independent living, which has now been taken away from us and impacted our everyday quality of life. Its caused discrimination with residents with mobility problems. They should be ashamed of themselves how they are treating us. If anyone is thinking of hiring Churchill- think twice they have no respect for us what so ever. They only one saving grace we have about Churchill is our kind & caring Lodge Manger.
