Review of Penhaligons
During several store visits i got snubbed, which wasn't a big deal, customer service differs from store to store and you simply get over it, but recently i lost any admiration/trust i had for the brand. I have an atomiser which has a faulty compartment that slides out and doesn't click in place. I've purchased multiple atomisers in the past as small elevated presents and always recommend them if anyone asks for gift ideas! I thought it would be a simple process of just swapping it out for a new one, but i got told i need proof of purchase, which is understandable if you're trying to get a refund, but not when you've sold a faulty product... It's clearly a penhaligons atomiser...It feels like the brand has no accountability when it comes to the quality of the product the second you've tapped your card. I simply feel scammed and I've never experienced such neglect and draining interactions from any other brands. I honestly got better treatment at drugstores ??
