Review of Seascanner
Booking our cruise was easy, but the true spotlight is on the customer support received from Liz in the customer support team.I was initially put in touch with Liz via the live chat option where I was in a panic over accessibility options.Not only was Liz kind, understanding and patient, but ensured continuity after the live chat ended.I was able to email Liz with follow up information and the humanity I have received is beyond what I have experienced elsewhere.I have dealt with support agencies who are less understanding than Liz.... not what you'd expect from a holiday support team.I am so beyond impressed, I would be inclined to only book my holidays through Seascanner in future.I hope there is some sort of a rewards system for colleagues because this incredible person deserves the world for their supportive nature which had benefitted not only myself as a customer, but the company too in growing business.We aren't finished yet, but if you are neurodivergent and nervous about taking a holiday, look no further than Seascanner, and hope that Liz is running the company by then!
