Mum has been living at Mount’s Bay Lodge since 2022. Her flat is spacious and well maintained with a lovely view from her balcony, The communal areas are always spotless, bright and well maintained. The communal lounge has a wonderful view across the bay. Mum enjoys the activities and events organised by the manager and other residents. There’s never a shortage of things to do or people to chat to. The building is very well placed with easy access to Penzance town centre and the train station is a 5 minute stroll away. The guest suite is a god send and makes it easy for my sister and I to visit. It’s comfortable, affordable and always cleaned to a very high standard before check in. Kathy, the manager, is always available for support when needed. It’s reassuring to know that mum is in a safe, comfortable and caring environment, particularly when my sister and I don’t live close by. Thank you !
