Initially I had issues with my booking, Travelodeal listened to my issues and acknowledged my situation and have taken the appropriate action .It is good that a company like Travelodeal can admit a mistake was made but are prepared to listen to the customer and ensure that issues won't arise in future.Travelodeal have demonstrated that they take customer care seriously.
