Suffer with insomnia, tried 1500mg in the past, made me feel relaxed and fall asleep, just couldn't stay asleep. Bought 6000mg on a recommendation from a friend who swears by it, knocks me out but I'm awake again 1.5hrs later. Don't think anything works for me, but other people I know swear by it, give it a try, you've got nothing to lose!
