Waarom krijg ik om 20.44u bericht dat het pakket niet konden worden afgeleverd op de afgesproken plek. De plek is gewoon voor de deur. En ik was gewoon thuis. Volgens mij is er helemaal niemand geweest en kan ik weer dagen gaan wachten tot het wel bezorgd wordt. Ik snap niet zo goed waarom andere bezorgdiensten wel normaal pakketjes kunnen afleveren zoals afgesproken.
