Review of Future AU
Edit: I scheduled a telephone call with them and they never called me. They also gave completely inaccurate information in prior emails. I am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Edit #2: You already have my username. Support has told me that my case would be escalated multiple times now, yet things are still happening slowly and support did not call me at the scheduled time.I referred a few friends on Future au and after I tried to withdraw a couple of the $30 referral bonuses, my account was closed without a reason given. I never received the $60 of bonuses I withdrew. Luckily I didn't have any of my own money in the account, but I have heard stories of other people being banned from Future au while holding thousands of dollars. They didn't give me the reason why I was banned until I emailed them. Their reason was that supposedly it's against their rules to withdraw any bonuses before 30 days are up, but NOWHERE on the website or app is that stated. If they don't want you to withdraw before 30 days, why would the website allow me to? It seems pretty obvious they hide that rule pretty well (it's buried deep in their ToS and that's the ONLY place it's visible) so the company doesn't have to pay out as many referral bonuses. They could easily program the website/app to make the bonuses unredeemable for 30 days, but instead they let you unknowingly break the rule, and then ban you. I emailed them again explaining that I wasn't aware of the rule and they still have not responded...it's been 6 days and I haven't heard back. Future au has very shady and deceptive business practices so I would avoid using their platform if at all possible.
