Review of Thomann
So far so good! First time customer here, just ordered a very nice midi hardware device and the price was better than all the other retailers around the world. In addition, the 3 year warranty that Thomann provides at no extra cost is an incredible service to include! Hopefully nothing comes up but it feels great to know that they are willing to support their customers in this way.I have also initiated a chat with one of their team members on the website to clear up a few questions about shipping and communicating with their US customer service team. I was responded to quickly and clearly with a very kind and respectful representative of Thomann and they provided a great response to all of my inquiries.We will see how the shipping goes and if it arrives in a timely fashion in good condition and I will make another report at that time.Thank you for the professionalism so far, if all goes well I will certainly continue to do business with Thomann in the future.Regards,
