We've all seen the set up'?€ ?

We've all seen the set up advertisements and it's very clear that a lot of the reviews are staged. From my experience with this account for about 2 years somehow. I've never spoken to anyone despite my efforts.The only responses I've had, have been via email, days or weeks after my initial enquiry and ask directly for personal information that you should never send in an email. '? ?9.95 monthly charge for the premium subscription, plus charges on withdrawals and transfers its relentless really. It's clearly managed by children that couldn't organise the alphabet correctly. There's so many bugs in the app it's ridiculous, There's a 10th of a second "update" every time I open the app, yet I can't even see my spending history past 1 day ago.No judgment on anyone but the only people opening this account are people who cannot get access to a high street account and have no other choice. There's no way if you had a Natwest, Halifax, Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, or Lloyds you would ever need this account. This is just pure honesty regardless of people's opinion. I recommend finding any other options first.
