Stay away from 360Training.com, Terrible Service '??? Cost Me Time, Money, and Stress!

My experience with 360Training.com has been absolutely terrible.I purchased their "Complete NJ Broker CE Package," which was supposed to cover all required coursework for license renewal. However, they failed to include the mandatory '???Agency'?? Core coursework, and as a result, I am unable to renew my NJ Broker License.For nearly two months, I have been contacting their customer support, sending dozens of emails explaining the issue and attaching official documents from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) clearly showing that the '???Agency'?? coursework is missing.Every time, they simply responded that "This has been resolved/fixed" '??? without actually doing anything, without reading my emails, without reviewing the attachments, and without any effort to fix or escalate the issue.As of today, the problem remains unresolved. Each time I sent them email, they claimed that it has been resolved. I now have less than two (2) days before the renewal deadline, and because of 360Training.com's complete incompetence, negligence and laziness, I am now facing a $200 penalty and risking my NJ Broker license renewal.This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Their support team clearly does not care about customers' deadlines, licenses, or careers. They ignored clear evidence, closed tickets without solving anything, and showed zero accountability throughout the process.I strongly warn others: Do NOT trust 360Training.com if you need reliable CE training for license renewal. They have cost me significant time, money, and stress, and I would not want anyone else to go through what I experienced.
