Review of Indian Eagle
I booked my return flight from the U.S. to India through Indian Eagle. Although I initially found lower fares, I encountered issues during the payment process—the transaction wouldn’t go through despite the quoted prices being visible. Subsequently, I received a call from Indian Eagle, and while they did partially honor the fare difference, the experience left me uncertain about their transparency.That said, I was reasonably satisfied as I still managed to save compared to booking directly.Unfortunately, my return flight has been affected. I am currently trying to secure a full refund as per the airline’s policy; however, Indian Eagle is denying the full refund. I spoke with the airline directly, and they confirmed that, since the issue was caused by the airline, I am eligible for a full refund and may also request compensation.
