Review of Ur
Bought phone from ur last year but stopped workinig after 3 months. First only gave me half the money back even though they advertise 12 months warranty. Then after putting putting review on check review ur made contact with me and said that they sjoukd have given me a full refund and promised to refund the other half and asked me to retract my one star review. This is now more then 3 months ago with no further refund recieved and after several email I had no further reply to my emails. I can only conclude that ur does not fulfil there 12 months warranty as advertised and that there costumer service is very poorly run and appear to ignore your complaint. Please be careful buying from this company as they do not fulfil their advertised promises.
