I accidentally subscribed to TopPDF and immediately canceled the service after realizing the charge. I contacted their support team within their 7-day money-back guarantee, as clearly stated in their refund policy, and requested a refund for my first-time purchase.Instead of honoring their full refund policy, they only offered a 50% refund without clear justification. I haven’t used the service at all, yet I was denied the full amount. I followed up politely multiple times and still did not receive fair resolution.Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service, especially considering how difficult it is to get proper support or a refund—even when you’re entitled to one.
