Poor Communication.

The communication was poor, in my view. I had to ring the company after not hearing from them for some time and was eventually emailed by William to say they were unable to take on the case. In fairness William was helpful and explained things well however, became less committed in my view with updates and so on indicating to me that they were not interested in taking on the case.Two examples of the poor communication:* I hadn't heard from William for a bit of time so rang reclaimit cyber and a colleague of his apologised that William was busy with training new colleagues or words to that effect which was unsatisfactory. William emailed 07 Dec: 'I'm sorry for the delay that it's taken me to reply to you.'* William said he'd 'call back tomorrow' (or words to that effect) 12 December 22 22:50 (email) but didn't. I have the email/ phone call (recorded for customer service?) history to back up my comments.
