Service Termination Issues

We had experienced a problem with the initial termination of our services, due to communication errors. We were subsequently billed incorrectly and the services were not terminated. Judy Whiteboy quickly got onto the issue and resolved it for us quickly and efficiently, ensuring that any overpaid bills were credited back and absorbing the termination fee.
