Review of Sitelock
I took a plan out from sitelock, ended up not using it. Wanted to cancel the subscription, not asking for a refund just so the next month i would not be billed.I was on live chat for over 30 minutes and i kept asking to cancel they kept ignoring my messages and trying to keep me on the plan asking what service i was using, what security i had in place, what i planned to do if my site got blacklisted.I was told you couldn't cancel via the portal for security but in the live chat wasn't asked anything that someone with my portal password couldnt of checked, so a bit redundant ? You shouldn't make customers waste so much time and allow them to cancel quickly an easily without having to go through half an hour of upsell when its clear the customer wants to leave.
