Spend your money, get damaged goods!

Imagine spending €3500 of your hard earned cash on brand new gear, only to get items that are damaged in transit! Then, to make it worse, Thomann don't want to take direct responsibility, but want to claim from UPS instead and then make you wait a few more weeks, before you can enjoy your hard earned items.When I asked them to take everything back and refund me my money, I was met a cocky response of "You bought it, now you own it - it's not our responsibility" As soon as I said that the call was being recorded, the staff member hung up on me. So tell me, how is this goo customer service?
