Top Tier Customer Service

Noticed my battery wasn't lasting like it should so I started a chat with the in app bot. It did some sort of remote diagnostic and found an issue with my battery. Within a couple of days, and some info sent to the team, they are sending a replacement ring free of charge. It is a rare thing these days and very much appreciated to have customer service that actually cares about the customer experience.
