They seem to have learnt from street corner drugdealers first time you ask for assistance, they go above and beyond at no cost... leading you to believe they always will... Second time you need help, you find out that your money is stuck, and you will have to pay through your nose to unfreeze your money because I have to buy a shitcoin I never wanted, in the belief that you would repeat the fee topup service that you never told people upfront was a oneoff service...AWFUL UX, AWFUL SERVICE
