Case I revalidated my account by paying 550.00 supported by your agent Alexa Smith . Confirmation for withdrawal affirmed. But up to now this has not been done.Another agent took over and went through the same process this time I paid 1300.00 for revalidation and when I was due to withdraw was asked to pay a further 1200.00 for I insurance. Paid I. Two lots of 600.00 and now am being told that the money is stuck in block chain and Atom wallet hence need to pay another 1200. To enable me withdraw successfully. This is not fare. Can you urgently look into the matter for me
