Karcher is well known brand but had very bad experience with their tool as its no quality at all. We had Karcher K5 bought brand new, start loosing power in a few month, I sent it back for fixing under warranty, ordered another same as needed asap, now have 2 units, both have same problem, loosing power, sometimes working, usually not,,, My friend had same problem with same unit, I think they should recall their machines as no quality,,, Now changed to different more reliable brand.

Bought a new lance for my Karcher. Very impressed with the lance. Took longer nger than I would have liked to arrive but all in all a good experience.

Ordered. Direct from Krcher a K3 where it states delivery 25 days. It was for a gift. No update about delivery so I emailed, they responded with we will contact you in within the next 7 days. Rang the company and was advised after 5 working days, my order has not left the warehouse. Raised a complaint and they will contact me within 72 hours. If I cancel the order it will take 10 days. It was a gift and ordered in good faith of your 25 days delivery promise

Quality is quickly going down hill.Ive had my Karcher for 9 years with no issues until it died.. Im now on my 3rd Karcher in 18 months. Taken the last one back for a full refund and bought another brand.Wouldnt be given another one for free... total plastic crp!

K2 pressure washer died. Only used 34 times. Surely products should be fit for purpose. I was given an option of a loyalty discount. Not sure I would reinvest in a product that failed prematurely. Really disappointed by the lack of concern that their products fail so soon. Received this replyHi, thank you for your review. K5 sprung a leak after 18 months, and no pressure unusable. Virtually impossible to get hold of Karcher customer services. Eventually had a reply on WhatsApp which Im pretty sure was a bot, and after numerous messages that timed out eventually was offered a pick up date to which I responded and it timed out again. Now cant get any response. Awful, avoid.

Purchased a k4 karcher pressure washer and its gone wrong 3 times. The first two I got replaced, now the third is over 6 months it has to be sent back to the factory for repair. The last tow leaked, and the third was smelling and getting hot. This is a rubbish model.

This is an upgrade which I purchased to replace an older Karcher machine. Adjustable pressure is excellent and the Home and Garden kit is well worth the extra. Had a bit of a problem with the Plug N Clean facility which collapsed into machine, but this was quickly repaired by Service Centre.

18v5ah battery dead. Just over a Yr old. My other identical battery 4yrs old and still going strong. On investigation I discovered thousands of people are having problems with these batteries. Contacted Karcher who said, we can help. This was their help gave me a list of things that Ive probably done wrong, ie storage etc. My batteries are well looked after! Then their help is basically buy another!! I go on their site shop and they havent got any!! Have they stopped producing them? Are they upgrading them due to thousands of bad reviews? Anyway I wont be buying Karcher products again. Another customer lost Karcher.

Felt cheated a few days after i received the pressure washer a special offer weekend was announced on social media applying a further 20 discount. The unit i picked had just been reduced so thought i was getting a good deal only to miss out on a 60 discount.

Hi karcher. I was going to buy one of your power washers. After reading your customer service record, I have decided not to buy. Your 5 year guarantee terms gives me the impression you will make excuses not to cover repairs. Also cutting back on quality is a false economy other well known respected German companies have done the same, and now have a bad reputation.

The machine I bought was a load of rubbish and customer service refused to acknowledge it we contacted them to return it and asked for a refund but they said no as I bought it on line I have 30 days to return it it states that on your website

I bought 2 cordless window vacs. After 2 weeks one of them has broken. And I can see why to its a very poor design the on off button is very weak and ? cheaply designed. And the seals on the actual window vac is very poor what has happened to the one thats broken is you cannot turn in on and off. And then after a few hours it starts on itself. Which tells me water has got inside the ? machine itself . which means until it dries out, you cannot use it . and then it starts up on its own, then you cant turn it off. So I have sent it back to where I got it from Very . Com. But Im now wondering if the same thing is going to happen to the second one I have. So I am very disappointing with this situation. As you can imagine. And looking at some of the reviews on here. These problems are nothing new.

Great product. Cleared my patio paviors easily and brickwork where ivy has been removed.However, why is the washer not supplied fully assembled? Even fully assembled it would fit in the box with a slightly modified polystyrene packaging. Fiddling about with small screws is unnecessary and annoying, especially the four for the wheels. I bought a quality product not Ikea selfassembly crap.Assembly instruction for the base states secure with 2 screws but not clear. Photo in assembly instructions useless. Instruction states insert the high pressure hose through the hose guide from the rear. As the hose comes pre coiled and attached to the outlet from the washer there is a great risk of kinking the hose when pushing through the hose guide. Instruction should be to disconnect the hose from the washer after pulling the wire clip out, push through the hose guide and reconnect to the washer outlet and secure with the wire clip. Alternatively the hose should be attached thru the guide from the front by the factory and then connected to the washer outlet.If all the items were assembled by Karcher then all the assembly instructions would become redundant. A definite improvement as the assembly instructions are not much good as photos are poor.
