I have a problem with my Karcher K5 sent karcher a message through their website asking for advice but 4 days later, Ive had no reply. I then sent them a message on WhatsApp the only response I received was Unfortunately, all our operators are unavailable, please contact us again at a later date. Unfortunately, you only really find out what a companys customer service is really like if you have to contact them with a problem. If it was a sales enquiry, no doubt, they would have responded.Needless to say, I wont be spending money on any Karcher products again.

Made an order over the bank holiday weekend and over 5 days the order is still in their warehouse. Customer service says they cant provide a delivery lead time for the item, even if on the website the delivery is 3 to 5 days. Very disappointed with the services.Expected more for a 250 item ordered.

Bought a K5 Power Control Home on the bank holiday promotion, some products were marked as out of stock, this was not one of them. Delivery was said to be 35 working days. The money of course immediately left my account but after 8 working days and no contact from Karcher around deliverydispatch and no knock on the door with my pressure washer, I decided to Whatsapp customer service.I was informed that there was no stock available and my product hadnt been dispatched yet. After asking if anything could be done about the situation I was told that delivery and stock information on the website is just guidance and not binding as if that was the route I was considering!?. Effectively, you cannot trust anything on the website and also cannot trust the customer service to do anything except deflect if you have an issue and seem to be working from a script. I note that some reviews on trustpilot state this particular product is out of stock until July, I was told that mine would be dispatched today 0606 so who knows what is true. I would review the product but I dont have it yet despite delivery estimates having been and gone.

I Seem to have the same issue as many of the other recent comments order taken money taken no sign of the item.ordered a Karcher OC 3 Foldable on 13 December, expecting delivery by Christmas cant remember what it said at time of ordering, but no mention of delays, but think it was less than 7 days . With 20 off advertised on TV and the extra years guarantee, thought get it direct.So contacted via WhatsApp last week to be told that delivery would be 57 days. Still no sign of it being despatched on day 6.Tried to contact via WhatsApp today Monday 23rd, auto reply saying they were shut until 2nd January.So looks like one less Christmas present under the tree this year.There was No communication from Karcher to say the order would be delayed further.Seems a bizarre thing to do, a warehouse move on the run up to Christmas.If you want one, try another online company, who seem to have what Karcher do not have and deliver before 25th Dec if ordered today 23 December.And to add insult to injury, received an email from karcher saying they had started their boxing day sale today 23 Dec ! Tuesday 24 Dec 2024 day 7 and no sign of the order, so when is 5 to 7 days not 57 days, when its Karcher.Even checking with the customer services dept, even then dont know when it will be despatched.Totally bizarre that karcher, cant deliver their own products in time or know when goods will be delivered!

Bought my karcher k3 inline model, when it came I thought I had bought a model not powerful enough due to its size but I was wrong. Cleared all moss off of the driveway, cleaned the decking and the paths effectively. overall used for 3 hours and took 20 years of dirt away and packed away nice and small.

Unfortunatly, Its now 10 days since order and Ive still not received this item which had a delivery timescale of 35 workings days. Ive tried to reach out to their customer support but had an automated message saying I can expect a reply in 35 working DAYS !!I have eventually received a reply from them today with a DHL tracking number advising it was due to be dispatched today... Ive not had any confirmation from Karcher since my order that its been shipped, delayed or even an estimate on when it should have arrived. Ive checked the DHL tracking number provided by their customer nosupport team and it doesnt exist on the DHL website. Ive replied to them but looks like Im going to have to wait another 3 days just for a reply. I wrongly thought, that going directly to the manufacturer would give me a better level of service and delivery than buying from a shop or places like eBay where it could have been bought for less than on here and arrived much quicker. Im not a very happy customer of Karcher at the moment.

I have tried and tried to get in touch with customer service with no success.I have left 4 messages on their WhatsApp service. You then have to wait a day for a reply and then it is just an automated answer saying there are no agents available.I have emailed them 4 times and in 7 days had no reply. This has put me off ever buying any Karcher products in the future.

Absolutely disappointed with karcher after sales purchesd k3 September 2023 karcher customer service basically told me to strip trigger down to find missing parts surley should have sent replacement but no .would never buy another thing from them

Update Karcher have now said they have contacted me for more information. There is nothing on my Karcher account, nor have I had an email from them. I asked them for returns information on 9th March. I have had no response, and have just resubmitted the request today, 10th March. I bought a Karcher window vac following an offer from Money Supermarket. I cant put it together, the instructions are really poor diagrams. But theres no return instructions. Would really advise avoiding them. Buy from Argos if you need to.

Purchased a Karcher from Homebase last August, machine has packed up working, I emailed karcher 10 days ago and they replied in fairness straight away discussing with me a plan of action to troubleshoot. I did the troubleshooting and replied to them still broken, a day later and then 8 days later Ive heard nothing and have sent 3 emails asking them what I am to do next. I had a karcher before this and was my second as its under a year old they should sort this out, cannot go Homebase because theyve gone skint. Im now going to write off 179 and change alliance to a titan. Would not recommend and will not buy your products anymore. You were once a good respectful company and now youre just the same as any big firm, the people who spend the money dont matter anymore. Theres a reason your trustpilot rating is so awful!!!!

I wrote unfortunately to Karcher on 29 March as my high pressure hosepipe on my K4 Classic had disappointingly split after less than a year light use. I attached photos as requested on their website. I also attached the copy of the invoice which showed the purchase made directly through Karcher. As yet I am still waiting for a response from Karcher . Disappointingly this is the second karcher pressure washer I have had within 3 years. The previous one I had to replace with the above K4 classic after just 2 years as it just failed to work.

I agree with a previous reviewer. Poor wait times bad customer services and very poor communication. As soon as I requested a refund Surprise surprise it arrived two days later. Had a Karcher prior to this one and thought it was ok so ordered another. Definitely wont be buying from Karcher again. I even warned them I would give bad feedback because of their poor response to my email and they werent bothered. They dont deserve any customer loyalty. It works both ways. PS. They take your money straight away as soon as you place your order knowing full well that items are out of stock!

Made an order 10 days ago and no delivery and no correspondence, online chat help is useless as is their WhatsApp help, been in a queue on both now for six days and still nobody is available, when I speak to them on phone they say they dont know why it hasnt been despatched yet and will email warehouse but still dont know why it hasnt been dispatched. Quick to take my money but 14 days for a refund when they havent even tried to fulfill my order. Where is my order from order number 0085913803. I have been advised it is in stock and still hasnt been dispatched after 10 days

Bought this wd4 direct from karcher so got a few extras with it ??Its not the strongest hoover I have owned but I liked the features it had such as a blower, A socket on it which saved having to use a extension for a secondary piece of equipment and the fact as well as a dry hoover it also cleaned up fluid spills.I have not used all the features to their full potential yet but so far so good.??
