You can judge a company on how it reacts when something goes wrong. The whole returns process to Karcher is shocking. This is for a machine used twice that broke. After service is so important. Karcher failed in this respect.

Very disappointed with this company. Ive been with Karcher for over 15 years but after recent experience I dont want to deal with them anymore. I recently ordered K5 Power Control Home and paid very good price for it. During order on the website it states 35 days delivery. After a week no information about my order, so I decided to contact customer support, both we chat and WhatsApp. Ive been informed at web chat that its out of stock till 17 of June and offered refund if I dont want to wait. Day after got reply on WhatsApp telling me its out of stock till 20 of July. Selling items that are out of stock without any update and lying about restock time. Nothing else had been offered so I requested refund and went for AVA Master P80.

So we have now bought in the last 6 years 3 Krcher jet washers , the most recent being the K4 just under 2 years ago. All have had the same issue. Power loss and leaking, none of them being used more than a half a dozen times each. Would cost as much to repair as to buy a new one. Karcher we all assume is a brand you can trust but now however, after the poor performances of the machines we have bought, we have learnt our lesson. Branded doesnt always mean best.

Ordered item No sign of the item constantly chasing each time get 37 days delivery time went to change delivery address because now my workplace is closed over Christmas to be told i have no facility to change address because of the warehouse moving building, Having to chase all the time still no item and no sign of when its coming No delivery ETA either outrageously beyond poor customer service!!! I recently bought a new K5 pressure washer and followed guidance to register the product but it is not showing on their system I sent all the registration details to their CS contact shown on the web site on the 7th April , i received a response on the 12 th actually asking e for the same details that i had already sent sent on the 12 th of april I sent hem all back again on the 14 th and have had no response, clearly they have no interest in after service

Finally got round to purchasing a jet wash! As opposed to borrowing off friends.Was worried that such a lightweight machine would tackle my patio that hadnt been cleaned since about 2018!I have a spinal injury so my son done the back of the work, I now need sunglasses to look at the work as it is absolutely brilliant, easy set up and just a really cool useful addition to the household! 5 stars! ??

So glad I made the decision to buy my k4 premium power control pressure washer. My slabs look amazing, like new. It just reminds me of how they were when I moved into my new home 3 years ago. I had a brilliant experience from placing the order, prompt delivery and most importantly how effective this machine is. I dont leave reviews normally but this is an exception as Im pleased with it.

I bought a karcher k4 full control. It is only a year old and 18 months old and I dont have the receipt. It started to leak after very little use. I stripped it down and its the plastic elbow leaking. I ordered a new one and that started to leak after 3 minutes. There appears to be an inherent problem as you tube is full of people showing how to fix it.

Shockingly bad customer service! If you have an issue, need a replacement or refund, dont hold your breath! I started messaging weeks ago after our brand new pressure washer developed a fault. I am still waiting for help in getting a refund after following all their troubleshooting guides. Extremely frustrated.Further to your comment below, I have done this twice now and still no closer in getting a refund! Surely you must plan for this time of year to be busy?!

Well over the years I have had the K2, K4, K5 pressure washers and while they worked were quite good. The K2 lasted about 13 months but ended up with more leaks than the amount of water that was supposed to come out of the nozzle. The K4 lasted a bit longer l, although the pressure is somewhat less than when I got it, but a few years down the line and its still good enough for washing the car. The K5 I was impressed with and up until recently has given good service although it did blow the water cooling jacket seals which have been replaced, this has stopped the leak but the main on off switch has also had to be replaced at a really ridiculous price for the part, its still not working and wont start, Ive been told it needs a pressure control valve that starts the motor when you press the trigger told it was an airlock at first so thats back in the shed for now. I have since purchased another K5 total control machine, which if you dont know is a bit of a gimmick to make out your getting something special, your not and the only thing different is that it shows the pressure on the lance handle, any control is done by you by just turning the nozzle on the lance as it was before, I hate bull, and that is all pressure control is. Not as much pressure and my old K5 and not as well made with many parts made from cheaper materials including the silly hose clip that connect the hose to the machine instead of the quick connector that was on the earlier model. Cheaply made and not as good as older versions. Trying to get any information or parts breakdown sheets is virtually impossible. Karcher have an outlet that sells reconditioned units that are a lot cheaper than the main Karcher site, but you get what you pay for and only get a 6 month warranty, unless you pay extra for 12. After sales repairs are so expensive that it becomes cheaper to purchase another machine. Karcher are not cheap and in my experience they dont last any longer than an unknown brand one at half the price, the end is the same they break you bin. After reading the reply from Karcher I hope that something is done about the availability of maintenance and parts breakdown information as Im sure more machines could and should be able to be repaired by other than the overly expensive Karcher repair center than are not easy to find or get to. When the machines work the are efficient and do the job. Information and parts at a reasonable price is a must for any product and also cuts down on machines being thrown away at the local tip, for the want of repair information and parts at inflated prices.

Works well as a Blower and also a hoover for the outside. It is better with dried material as wet seems to block inside the drum bend. The filter blocked and filled quickly, not sure if to wash it as it was paper. It did help but needed to buy a new one which is quite expensive. It is much better than the one I washed. You can use it without bags and use the drum. I does not like little branches and hard dried leaves as it blocks the hoover. BUT it is useful as I am disabled.

Bought a Karcher lawnmower 3 years ago and its had light use during that time. Two weeks ago the battery completely failed, having shown no signs of any problem previously. I visited the Karcher website to find two things 1 a replacement battery is 107!! I paid 169 for the whole mower 2 there is clearly a problem with the batteries and they have 92 1star reviews from people with similar experiences to prove it. On contacting Karcher support they completely refused to acknowledge any fault with the product and just rolled out the You have a 2 year warranty line. After about 8 emails, when pushed, they offered me a 20 discount the same discount offered in a public sale the week before.I expect a product brought from a wellknown premium brand to last more than 2 years. The remainder of the mower is going to the tip and Ive brought a replacement from another brand.

I have bought the VC 6 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner at Nov 2022, just one and half year. During this period, it is non function twice time. I have contacted with their support team, they asks me to send back the machine and try to repair. Unfortunately, the problems are kept happening. I am out of patience already. Further, I communicated with the customer service again and no response. It doesnt make sense having this issue third time within 1.5 years, really disappointed.

Karcher 18v hedge trimmer.The battery has now stopped charging after using it once last summer.I keep it in a clean well organised, dry, garage. Went to use it today and the charger just lights up green and after 8 hours of leaving the charger on nothing, dead and a door nail.Awful product please dont waste your money.Replacement battery is 73 on Amazon. Why the hell should we have to replace the battery annually. Obviously very poorly made.

Machine great in itself so far, only used twice. The patio and decking brush with the rotating water bar is brilliant cannot fault it. The small black car rotating brush on the other hand, is awful and totally useless stops as soon as it touches the bike or car. Take it back off the car, it spins again. Noisy little bleeder dont like doing what it was designed for. Buying direct does give you the extended warranty though so all is not bad..?? ? Does not matter that it is a low pressure brush i dont want it as a tooth brush, i dont want it to wash pages of my daily newspaper. Touch a car wheel, it stops. Touch a bike wheel, it stops. It needs to be beefed up. So the only way to sort the problem i had, is to use the telescopic car brush to wash the car or bike, then rinse with karcher low pressure for bike, high pressure for car

DONT BUY KARCHER YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!!! Purchase a karcher k5 it used it 3 times then got out again to clean my drive and it leaked more than it was getting i took it to their repair centre as told to by their support centre. All was good but now their is an issue getting parts for it now 3 weeks on and still no timeline of when the part will arrive and all you get is a grumpy email saying they wont refund or replace. Dont buy karcher thinking that you are buying a great product and backed by great service. They are rude and dont care about customer. DONT BUY A KARCHER
