Bought a K3 washer

Bought a K3 washer, it has started leaking after 1 year and it has a 3 year warranty, Ive emailed the supplier who supplied it, no response, Ive contacted support and its a WhatsApp messaging service which is painful to get through to, keeps asking if I want to continue as agents are too busy to reply, got one reply with a whole load of questions which I answered, no agents able to reply do I want to continue, poor machine made of plastic internals, poor lever of servicesupport

I bought this as I was fed up of

I bought this as I was fed up of getting wet through , I used it today and im not impreseed by it at all . No I didnt get wet but Im not happy with the way it washed my slabs there was lots of dirt just gathered up . I think its very expensive for what it is I will use the power jet in future one good thing you get 2 extentions which can be used with your Karcher jet wash . Dont waste your money and use the other attachment that comes with the Karcher How do I send you the information that you need Karcher team

Foam Nozzle broke on first use

Bought a Karcher FJ 6 Foam Nozzle to use with my K4. It worked really well until I removed the nozzle and it let its interior lug attached to the lance. Had to remove with pliers which damaged the lug. It seems to be a common issue that Karcher have not fixed yet continue to sell the product.

Ne name doesn't guarantee quality

I had a K2 for a couple of years, ok but not very powerful, I purchased a K4 hoping this would be better, and its certainly got the power, unfortunately the hose keeps blowing out and today on its 4th use the hosepipe split.!!!... Very disappointed, especially when my son in law purchased a cheap one off line that does everything I hoped for!!

Problem with lawnmower batteries

I must say that I am very disappointed with Karcher. In the space of just over two years two lawnmower batteries have failed. Customer service is unwilling to assist and have effectively said that they do not guarantee their repairs for a further period beyond two years from the purchase date of the lawnmower. The current defective battery supplied direct by Karcher has not lasted even one year. The lawnmower is only a little over two years old and I am having to pay almost 100 for a new battery. Karcher has refused to offer me any discount. This is a significant cost compared with the price of a brand new lawnmower. Please be aware of this situation which has arisen through no fault of my own when considering buying a Karcher product.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, the supervisor was rude i had my karcher k4 parts burst of and they said i had done it my self with my hands ? False accusations just so they dont have to fix my karcher. Id recommend kranzle or even hawksmoor

Fantastic service.

Failed Window Vac

I contacted Karcher regarding a failed window vac. I had to chase them a week later because they had not replied. They then replied to tell me, after providing all the information except a till receipt, that my machine was not under warranty, end of.I contacted them again and after a week had to contact them again due to no response. This time they explained in more detail that even though I had received a thank you for your registration email a year previousFeb 24 they had no record of it ever being registered, however they could confirm that it had a build date of Jan 23 but as I had contacted them in late Jan 25 it was not covered by the two year warranty. I tried to argue that I would not surely have been able to have purchased it within days of it being built they would have none of it. Overall poor customer service, too long to respond, responding without detail and finding excuses to wash their hands of any liability

Appalling customer service, the worst I have ever come across

I ordered two pumps direct from Karcher. After two weeks waiting I still had not heard when they were going to be delivered. Trying to contact Karcher is a nightmare. If you email they say it will take up to 7 days to respond! So I eventually found a phone number for customer service. I was number one in the queue for 20 minutes before someone answered. They blamed stock shortages but still no date for delivery. When they eventually arrived I left an honest and factual review on the Karcher website but it was moderated that is removed. So I submitted another one asking why they removed my first one, this too was removed. It seems that Karcher not only dont care about their customers but are also not ready to accept criticism and act on it. Any good company would accept it then work to resolve the problems but looking back on other reviews Karcher has been like this for some time. I will never use Karcher again!

New K2 poor quality

I bought a new K2 to replace one that I had for years and was extremely happy with. The new K2 is made of cheap plastic and has a handle that keeps falling off. If as a result of the handle falling off the K2 falls on a hard surface the cheap plastic will break.It is of real poor quality and a disappointment.

I won't be buying a Karcher product again.

I own a Karcher Steam Cleaner which I purchased 4 years ago. About a year ago the hose connectors became painfully hot to touch and water occasionally poured out of the connecting pipes. I phoned Customer Services and was advised to buy a complete set of hose connectors. I wasnt prepared to do so and persevered with the machine. It only got worse so this time I submitted a detailed report through the companys website. I got no acknowledgement or reply. Finally, I phoned Customer Service who offered a repair at 110 or 10 off a new one while the customer services agent yawned audibly. I wasnt prepared to accept either and my complaint was escalated. I was offered a pick up of the machine so that it could be examined but this would take a minimum of 2 weeks... It seemed to me that the problem existed in the pipe connection which is where I discovered a tiny black washer was missing. The replacement washer cost 2.50 and the machine is now working again. Im annoyed that Customer Services were unaware of this simple solution to what I expect is a common problem. Im also annoyed that there was no real interest in addressing the issue and of course, I still await a response from Karcher to my detailed online report. I wonder what exactly is the point in selling an excellent machine if theres no after sales service to turn to when things go wrong? I certainly wont be buying a Karcher product again.

Very happy Karcher customer

had an older Karcher for over 20 years, but decided to donate to my son and bought an updated version. Delivery was speedy, and I am pleased with my purchase.Acouple of years ago I purchased a garden strimmer which came with a free extra battery. I do not have a large garden so for the first year just used the battery that came with the strimmer. When I went to use the extra battery it would not charge. I contacted Karcher and told them they said that I should have charged the extra battery straight away and used it. As it was over a year later and the free extra battery was no longer available, they were under no obligation to replace it, but they did. Very happy Karcher customer

Very disappointed

Very disappointedOrdered on the 15th Dec after it said 35 day delivery, no dispatch email even though they have taken payment since the 18th December! Tried to phone, no answer, live chat always unavailable and today sent an email with the hope of getting a reply soon as to where my order is as it was part of a Christmas present. Ordered direct from Karcher instead of Very with the hope the customer service would good and the extra year warranty .. now thinking it was too good to be true! Order number 0085771080

This Company has serious problems not only with the quality of their Karcher Window Vac 2 in three years, but their Customer Service is absolutely and utterly inept. To improve as a Company you need to be honest and if a replacement is going to be 2 weeks instead of the 3 days you promised advise me. the replacement is in a box with sellotape covering it as if it is a return dont do that my guarantee was valid dont say I havent spoken to you when I have the confirmation email in front of me train your staff in all areas of dealing with general public it will pay off in the long run stop using the excuse of moving it is wearing thin with customers and finally offer compensation when you get it wrong. Quality has dropped, lucky if you get 2 years use

There was a time when a Karcher jet washer would last many years, sadly not anymore. A K2 machine bought in mid 2022, looked after and used a handful of times on cleaning my patio and block paving no longer working when I came to use it in spring 2024. I Googled the fault and theres loads on the web as these latest machines clearly break down as regular as clockwork. I managed to repair the pressure switch and onoff switch my stripping it down and cleaning with contact cleaner but I shouldnt be having to do this on such a new machine. Karcher need to sort out their quality control and stop fitting such cheap plastic rubbish in these machines.
