I had a problem with the first offer so I reach out to UR and they contacted me in a timely manor they returned my call within 10 minutes. Kimberly was very understanding and explained the process UR use to evaluate phones once they receive them because they use a third party not all the facts are shared and the offer figure can be miss leading.
