The whole process in selling my iPhone has been a misery. My iPhone 11 was in very good condition; no damage or scratches. I sent the phone off to be traded in for ?132. Then get what is clearly an automated email - on a Saturday - stating that my phone is scratched and that they’ll offer ?40.50. I reject the offer. Another automated email - they’ve re-examined the device (really?! during the weekend?) and now they’ll offer ?55. Again, not interested and I click reject. Then wait - another offer (this time on a Sunday). For ?90. By this time I’m so fed up I can’t face having to get the phone back and so accept the offer. That was on 13 April. It’s now 24 April and I haven’t been paid, despite my payment allegedly having been processed. Now I need to hear up to phoning and complaining to customer services and trying to get my money.The whole selling system is simply awful. I wish more than anything I’d just sold my phone locally. These people are time wasters. Avoid!
