So I send in the phone at a quoted price of 182 pounds and having checked criteria. The phone is an iPhone 12 and unsurprisingly I have used it for years... All goes well until the company use their small print and say 'We found the battery health is 78% and has been charged 1548 times. It is recommended that we need to replace the battery if it is below 85% health or has more than 500 charge cycles.' So if you have an older phone be prepared for some knock down price and you are better off going somewhere else...
