My phone was functioning perfectly, but for some reason, UR returned it to me. However, the way they returned it was extremely rude—they just put it in a very thin box without any protective measures (like foam wrapping). The moment I opened the package, I felt very upset. When they don’t want to recycle your phone, they show zero respect!
