I recently used UR.co.uk to sell my device. Initially, they offered a decent quote, but once they received the device, the final offer was reduced — something I understand can happen after inspection. However, after accepting the revised quote, we are now beyond the timeframe they originally stated for payment, and I have still not received my money.UPDATE - I have now received the money offered, as per the response below. Happy with how quick this was resolved after leaving a review. After checking other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. It seems their third-party payment processor is causing significant delays. UR.co.uk really needs to either rethink their payment partner or be much clearer upfront about the true lead times for payments. As it stands, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Would recommend proceeding with caution.
