AVOID AVOID AVOIDWebsite said they would pay “up to” ?328 after I matched my 2 x iPhone 14’s conditions to their advertised ‘good’ condition criteria but their buying tactics are a mile off of their advertised prices.Phone 1 = 1st offer was ?155, 2nd was ?175.50, 3rd was ?220.Phone 2 = 1st offer was ?215, 2nd was ?240, 3rd was ?260.Reason given, & I quote “we would not be able to reach your ‘desired’ price as their conditions don’t meat (I think they meant meet) that for an industry grade A”.There is no such thing as a grade A on their website so they’re talking BS!Then they return only one of my phones in its original box with the 2nd returned in someone else’s.AVOID AVOID AVOIDIn complete contrast, ‘Mobile Phones Direct Trade-In’ offered ?270 x 2 online & have just paid me exactly that ! 5 days from start to finish !
