If I could give this company zero stars I would. I sent a perfect 3 year old iPhone to them after being offered ?123 online. Once they received it they then advised After conducting a thorough inspection and testing of your device, we have identified the following:We found the battery health is 77% and has been charged 1006 times. It is recommended that we need to replace the battery. They then offered me ?60Shouldn’t the battery life on a 4 year old phone have been reflected in the original offer. In that case I would not have wasted my time sending the phone to them. They also advised on minor scratches - if they are there - you would need a magnifying glass to see them . What an absolute waste of time this company are. Stay clear is my advice
