Worst company to use!! I sent 4 of our family’s old phone in which were all in excellent condition. When sent in they come back with the phone had been charged to many times which is ridiculous!! Anyway I rejected 2 of there offers and did take the 3rd offer and took 10 days for payment as had to chase them for payment!! the 4th phone I sent on was unlocked as was checked and now they have returned it saying they couldn’t get into and is now locked!! They have clearly put a lock on the phone now. DO NOT USE them. They should not be able to do business.
