*edit*Phone was graded less than expected. Spoke to customer services who rectified the problem and paid out the website quoted price. Payment has now been recieved.I have been cautious reading the reviews, spoke to Lucy in customer services who was brilliant and forward leaning and has rectified the issue.My understanding is its new ownership and the team are looking to improve the experience.Whilst i can agree with previous negative reviews. The fact they are listening and actioning problems goes a long way and perhaps to be a bit more paitent (i havnt been) with the process.Thanks for sorting and paying out promplty and have amended to a 4 star as i cant argue with being paid what i was quoted depsite the mistake on the system offering me much lower.
