My son suffered an injury at work. He doesn't really understand legal processes so was happy to give his permission for me to act on his behalf during the claim process. With the correct authority in place this wasn't an issue for TRN solicitors & Gordon.All staff I spoke to were attentive and courteous and represented their company well. It is a long process but communication on the progress of the claim was generally good. The only issue (and the reason I've only awarded 4 stars) was at the end when payment was due but there was a delay in confirming financial and union membership details. This could have been done earlier in the process to avoid what was an unnecessary delay. This aside, the claim was dealt with well and I would certainly recommend using S&G for this type of legal work
i JUST WANTTO SAY I AM CONCERNED THATOVER RECENT MONTHS I HAVE BEEN UNANDATED WITH FIRMS ASKING ME TO SIGN UP. I MAY HAVE SIGNED UP WITH OTHERS ALTHOUGH NOT SENT ID ETC. i A, 82 YEARS OLD AND WAS CONFUSED BY ALL THE HARD SELL. I THINK FIRMS MAY HAVE FOUND 2 AGREEMENTS FROM SANTANDER FINANCE . I AM EVEN MORE CONFUSED NOW. MY HUSBAND IS USING YOURSELVES. WE MOVED HOUSE JUST OVER 3 YEARS AGO NOVEMBER 2022, BECAUSE OF AGE ETC. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP AND DONT WANT TO HAVE CAUSED CONFUSION OVER THE PAST YEARS(MONTHS) WITH OTHER CLAIM FIRMS. HELP & ADVICE PLEASE.
