My son suffered an injury at work. He doesn't really understand legal processes so was happy to give his permission for me to act on his behalf during the claim process. With the correct authority in place this wasn't an issue for TRN solicitors & Gordon.All staff I spoke to were attentive and courteous and represented their company well. It is a long process but communication on the progress of the claim was generally good. The only issue (and the reason I've only awarded 4 stars) was at the end when payment was due but there was a delay in confirming financial and union membership details. This could have been done earlier in the process to avoid what was an unnecessary delay. This aside, the claim was dealt with well and I would certainly recommend using S&G for this type of legal work
