Scam

I subscribed to TopPDF and that I would only be charged 1 PHP. However, to my surprise, I was charged 899 PHP today without any prior notice or clear consent. I feel so dissatisfied as a customer and I feel sorry for my self that I got scammed.

TOPPDF is a total scam

TOPPDF is a total scam. Even if you don't subscribe, they will automatically deduct a payment. I didn't find their service useful at all. I initially paid 1 peso just to transfer a PDF to a Word file, and now they are charging me 899 pesos without me using their service.I requested a refund but received an automatic reply with instructions on how to unsubscribe and delete my account, not on how to process a refund. This is a real scam.
