I was deducted an exact amount of 899 without prior notice, it automatically deducted on my account. Before linking my account, I know that I have read that it will only deduct 1 peso as a payment in the transaction I made and will deduct only when I purchased or use the website for a document again , BUT SINCE YESTERDAY I HAVEN'T USED IT AFTER THE FIRST PURCHASE! I hope the email they provided will respond before I lose control and sue this site!

When I reached out to request a refund or even a partial reimbursement, their response was simply to cancel my subscription or delete my account—without offering any proper explanation or resolution. This experience was deeply disappointing and unfair.
This website is a scam, at first TopPDF will only request for 1 peso deal for their services, and then boom! You’ll get fall in their trap! It is their marketing strat to have the unauthorized payment for 899 pesos from your gcash account in the future and now I don’t know where to get the money back, REAL BS F*CKKK!
