Terrible service, unauthorized charges, and no supportI was extremely disappointed with TopPDF. They deducted ?899 from my account without my knowledge or consent. There was no clear agreement or notification that I would be charged this amount. On top of that, they blocked my email, making it impossible to contact them or follow up directly.I requested a refund over a week ago, but I haven’t received any update since then. It’s like they’re ignoring the issue completely. This kind of service is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be careful before using their services—read the fine print (if there even is one) and think twice. Definitely not recommended.
