I recently purchased a breedlove b stock exotic pursuit parlour guitar. It was advertised on the product page as having a case with it. Prior to purchasing,I emailed to make sure there was a case, (and not a gig bag) I received a reply confirming that a case was included and also a screenshot of the product description which also stated there was a case included. When guitar arrived, it was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box with no case. When I notified Thomann, they asked for photos of the bubble wrap and packing, as if I was telling lies. When I supplied the photos, they came back and said that there was no case included, and then asked for a screenshot of the email that I received prior to purchasing that said there was a case included. I provided that proof also, and ever since, they will not answer my emails. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company that I gave a lot of business to over the years. All I ask is that they be honest and acknowledge that they advertised the guitar incorrectly and that the customer rep who mailed me about the case got it wrong. But to ignore my mails, that's absolutely terrible customer service.Never again will I deal with Thomann, and a lot of my friends are finished with them also.
