While my previous order was received damaged, I however decided to give Thomann another chance because issues happen and I try to keep an open mind: I ordered In stock speakers, since I needed it rather fast for a birthday, estimating that 10 days would be a reasonable delay (I buy from German companies on a regular basis). 5 days later the order having not been treated yet, I contacted the customer service who served me a generic message about... technical issues. When I pointed out that those articles were still displayed allegedly In stock on their website, I was told that indeed they are but changing it is not an easy task (being a web designer, I raised an eyebrow) and that Customs are taking time too. When I politely replied that I did not get what the Customs had to do with it if the goods have not even left their building, the conversation was shut down by the employee because the office was now closed.
