Thomann are generally good until you experience an issue with their products at which point they're slow and make everything harder than it should be in an effort to put you off from returning items. Their big selling points used to be that they were the cheapest, quickest, and had an excellent website and large inventory. But they're no longer special in those regards, particularly in the UK, where their products are usually more expensive and shipping is slower (thanks Brexit) compared to most competitors. Obstructive customer service, high prices and slow shipping means they are no longer the go-to choice for music equipment purchases for me.
