Don't dispatch on time, don't deliver on time, don't deliver correct order

So I have ordered from this company twice, the first time was an absolute nightmare, the item was not attempted delivery at all and parcel returned according to the courier - no reason stated. I had to contact the company to try and find out why, no explanation given but items would be sent out to be delivered the following day, unfortunately once delivery was made only half of the order was in the box so once again I had to contact customer service to find out what happened, still no explanation but told remaining order will be delivered the following day, this package then arrived with a different lot of gummies in than I purchased, I thought how bad can a company possibly be by keep getting things wrong! Now after trying the gummies for a few weeks and believe to be making a difference I thought I'd place another order in hope that this company gets things right this time, unfortunately despite it's stated dispatch information on their website they do not adhere to this and should be taken with a pinch of salt as they clearly will dispatch when they want to, on the positive they did get the order correct on this occasion. Unfortunately given this company's unprofessionalism I'm not likely to be a returning customer - shame really as the products I've tried seem to work. Two stars from me given everything mentioned here and my experience with this company.
