Great Service. Thank you Paula.

Let's start by admitting that I'm a grumpy old man, with very low expectations when it comes to customer service. My order with Supreme, entitled me to a free gift. When I checked the bill, I had been charged for my free gift. After sending a message via Facebook, which was answered very promptly out of hours, with a contact telephone number, I called supreme.Obviously I expected the usual "we value your call" but will still keep you waiting for at least half an hour but no the call was answered immediately by the amazing Paula. She took some details and rang me back within 5 minutes to confirm that I was due a refund and a few days later the money appeared in my account.It was very refreshing to talk to a real human and not a bot and a person who was obviously was very efficient and got the job done. I'm very impressed.
