Got a call from a lady called Charley, she asked why I had not been using my account of late , I told her I was trying to save some money . She told me that was good and went on to explain on other things that could be an advantage of using Suits me as a preferred bank . The cash back from their selected stores , the direct debits and stop orders function . She was very clear in her explanations , she is a good listener, polite and respectful .
