Terrible Company

Terrible app, terrible customer service, just terrible in general. The replies on here from suits me says it all. If they put as much effort into their service as they do trying to argue with customers they'd probably be a lot better off. I like many people, believe that a portion of their reviews are fabricated.Tried to file a dispute, waited 6 days for an initial response only to be told they can't dispute 3rd party transactions... All payments made via card are 3rd party payments. When I challenged this I was told I'd have to wait up to 60 days for the fraudulent transaction to be refunded. Even after explaining the position it put me in (not being able to travel to work, or buy food) Suits me didn't care.Ive spent 40+ mins in a call queue only for the line to go dead. Every time you message via in app chat you'll be waiting hours or days for a reply only to be asked to verify account info even though you've messaged via the app, you'll then wait hours and days for another reply. Whole process is just clunky and unnecessary.The app is absolutely terrible, buggy, slow and looks and feels like something from 2014.After all the fuss with the fraudulent transaction it was easier to plead my case with the merchant than it was with suits me, and now the refund is stuck in pending transactions, despite the suits me website saying "we credit refunds as soon as we receive them". Obviously not.As soon as I've got my money I will be closing this trash account and would recommend staying away from them unless you have no other options.They will charge for incoming and outgoings transactions. You will be charged 1.50 every time you use an ATM and while this is clearly stated the problem is the customer support is so bad you feel like you're wasting money. Or you can pay 9.95p/m, still be restricted by 4 ATM withdrawals and still get the same crap customer service as everyone else.They almost try and hide behind "we're not a bank" like that's in any way relevant. They're still regulated by the FCA as a financial provider.There are so many options if you're new to the country/ unable to open a bank/ need a 2nd account, that I wouldn't even consider these jokers as an option.I look forward to the argumentative response to this review.Edit; suits me's reply is just what I expected, taking 0 responsibility.Staff didn't know the dispute process until I pressed them on it.Refunds aren't processed as soon as they receive them or it wouldn't be stuck in pending.I never said the charges weren't transparent, I said they were ridiculous for the customer service you provide.They may say wait times have improved, they haven't, every time I've emailed or live chatted, it's took hours or days for a reply. Phone wait times haven't improved either and I called yesterday.They say they follow guidelines but they don't, FCA guidelines state fraudulent transactions should be refunded by the end of the next working day, not in 60 days. I guess they just pick and choose which guidelines they want to follow. Namely the ones that benefit them.If I'm signed into the app which requires a passcode I should not have to keep verifying myself. They can state that none of their reviews are fabricated or incentivised but it just doesn't ring true. If you look at the ones they publish, they all have the same kinda of 'vibe'. I'm not the only one saying it and there's no smoke without fire in my opinion.I gave them ample opportunity to fix the problems I raised before I left this review and as predicted more effort was put into their response than the actual customer service received.Stay away from this company unless you have no other choice. There are plenty of alternatives, all of which are better. If could give 0 stars, I would.Yes their service isn't for everyone.
