George, was lovely on the phone, extremely polite and friendly. I had to struggle with a bank issue and wasn'???t sure if opening a suits me account would be a great option as it'???s not a recognised bank and I didnt know much about ot bit after speaking to george over the phone today he'???s been able to calm my nerves and gove me a better insight and understanding of the bank and all the percs that come with it.
